Grievance redressal
bazaaj publishes news and current affairs and is bound by Part III of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. Complaints about anything published here are handled in three levels.
Level 1 — us
Write to the Grievance Officer. You get an acknowledgement within 24 hours and a decision within 15 days. Say what was published, where, and what is wrong with it; if a fact is disputed, point at the primary source.
Level 2 — the self-regulating body
If our decision does not satisfy you, the complaint can go to the self-regulating body of publishers that this publication is a member of, within 15 days of our decision.
Level 3 — the Ministry
The oversight mechanism of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting sits above both, under Part III of the Rules.
